SRF 2018 Summer Scholars Present at the Buck Institute
The 2018 Summer Scholars from the SRF Research Center, the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, Stanford University, and the University of California, Berkeley assembled for a joint group meeting at the Buck Institute on July 28. The Summer Scholars Program emphasizes development of both laboratory and communication skills to develop well-rounded future scientists, healthcare professionals, and policy makers.

Oisín Biotechnologies: Promising Preliminary Mouse Lifespan Data
Oisín Biotechnologies, an SRF-funded company, researches viable solutions to senescent cells in age-related disease. We are delighted to see that they have released preliminary mouse lifespan data demonstrating a major reduction in age-related mortality.

The conference will have a poster session and exhibits from scientists and companys that are engaged in aging research. There will be ample time to network with the leaders in the field of aging research from both the academic and commercial worlds.
