Ending Aging Audiobook Now Available

We are delighted to announce the official release of the audiobook version of Ending Aging: The Rejuvenation Breakthroughs That Could Reverse Human Aging in Our Lifetime by SRF CSO Aubrey de Grey and co-author Michael Rae. The audiobook is published by Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) and narrated by Stephanie Murphy, an experienced professional voice talent. Whether you've been wanting to read Ending Aging but haven't had the time to sit down with a printed book, or you're looking to make your commute more interesting, or you find audiobooks a more accessible way to learn, this is your opportunity.

You can purchase and download Ending Aging directly via audible.com, or you can go through the book's main page on Amazon and select the audiobook format.

Special note: if you're new to Audible, your purchase of Ending Aging could help contribute toward the cause of helping SRF 'end aging'. The ACX $50 bounty program earns content creators $50 each and every time their audiobook is the first purchase by a new Audible member. Click the link for terms and conditions.

Coming Soon: OncoSENS "Control ALT, Delete Cancer" Campaign

We're wrapping up the final loose ends on our OncoSENS campaign -- stay tuned, we promise it is coming very soon. In the meantime, we wanted to give you a heads-up about one of the special features of this campaign: the OncoSENS wall. A $30 donation will grant you a spot for a loved one, family, or friend who has suffered from cancer in a photo collage (example below) that is to become a permanent part of our website. All you need to do when you make your donation of $30 or more is send us a jpeg, the person's name, and the type of cancer they had (more specific instructions to come once we kick off the campaign).

Example collage of photos of people who have had cancer.

Every single person who struggles with cancer is a unique, irreplaceable individual, and by creating this wall, we hope to honor both those who suvived and the memory of those who succumbed. It is our hope that future generations will never have reason to create such a wall, but in the meantime, it is important to remind ourselves just who we are fighting for when we support campaigns like "Control ALT, Delete Cancer": that is to say, the people in our lives we care about.

New Document Details the Wide-Ranging Impact of an Aging World Population

The US Department of Commerce recently released a document entitled "An Aging World: 2015". Covering everything from demographic trends, changes in life expectancy, shifts in causes of mortality, to health care and associated costs, employment issues, and more, this publication is well worth a look for anyone seeking a quantitative look at aging in the modern world.

We hope you'll take the time to read it and gain a greater appreciation for the need for significant, rapid change in the way the world researches and treats age-related disease.
